Bugs have been crazy this year 🫣

Here are a few habits I keep while spending time outside! #Ad #SamsPartner OFFPartner

1. Stay on well groomed trails skip the overgrown ones with branches growing over the trail.

2. Stay on well trafficked areas. They love to jump from grass to shoes.

- ticks are big hitch hikers so avoidance is key.

3. Get a bug repellent that is proven to work - my personal pick is OFF! Deep Woods®

4. Bring tweezers. Pointed narrow tweezers are best, so if you do get a tick, you can easily remove it by the head not the body.

5. Throw your clothes into a hot dryer. This will kill any of those lingering hitchhikers.
